📣 Plan a campaign that converts
One offer. One ask. Repeated on the page, the banner, the flyer and the stand.
// Proof in the slider
A campaign is one offer, one audience, one ask — repeated on the page, the ad, the banner, the flyer and the stand. If you want to plan a campaign that converts, do not start with “we need posts”. Start with the job: enrol, book, order, ship, buy. Then we design the landing path and the print that points at it.
This guide sits between the website and the print guides: banners, flyers, roll-ups. When you are ready, hire us to plan a campaign.
Open day. Book a session. Hold the room. Enrol now. If the campaign says three offers, nobody remembers one. We write a title you can shout across a courtyard, then we put it on every format. L’Art du Piment and POPULA in the portfolio are print campaigns with a single commercial job. The gym pack is a booking system: book a session, skip the queue.
Traffic without a page is waste. The landing page is minimalistic: photo, title, proof, WhatsApp. No extra nav safari. Speed matters more here than on the about page — see UX and SEO for the mechanics.
A microsite with twelve sections for a two-week promo. A PDF instead of a page. A Facebook-only offer with no URL the flyer can print.
The campaign CTA is the same chip everywhere: order, book, enrol, get a quote. Pre-filled WhatsApp. Trackable enough for a small studio: you will see the chats arrive.
💬 Print needs days. The page can go live first. We sequence so the stand is not blank when the flyer hits the street.
Wide banners for visibility. Flyers for the hand and the counter. Roll-ups for the hall and the open day. The website for anyone who types or scans. We already have industry print for schools, hospitals, law, clinics, hotels, bakeries, gyms, dentists, malls, shops and guest houses — order a set that matches your site, or start with print if the site comes next.
Schools: open day pack — flyer at the gate, roll-up, enrolment page. Hospitals: department map on site and in the hall. Shops and furniture: catalogue site plus a dépôt banner. Fashion: lookbook site plus a boutique stand. Gyms: desk flyer first, site second if needed. Dentists: waiting-room flyer, then the page. Logistics: service page plus pickup CTA, as on the DHL case.
If you do not know the format yet, start on What we do or WhatsApp and say the job. We will not sell you a roll-up if a flyer is enough.
We look at whether chats mention the offer, whether the page holds on mobile, whether the print is readable at two metres. Then we adjust copy, not the entire brand. That is grow, the third step on the home process. SEO can continue in the background: the campaign page is a perfect place to rank for a transactional query if the words are honest.
Not “exposure”. A campaign here is a list of files and URLs: one landing block or page, one banner, one flyer, optional roll-up, WhatsApp text. You can print locally. You can run a small ad to the page. You can only use the stand at an open day. The pieces still rhyme. That is the product. If a vendor sells you fifty posts and no page, you bought noise. Start from Web building if the page does not exist, or from this Guide if the page exists and the street does not know.
Seasonal work is normal: school rentrée, gym offers, hotel weekends. We date the offer in the copy so it does not lie in March. When the date passes, we swap the hero and the flyer — same skeleton. That is cheaper than a new brand every term. Keep the WhatsApp number stable so old flyers still land somewhere kind.
Live websites in the home slider are always-on campaigns for those brands. Your campaign can be always-on too: a shop site with a standing banner at the door. Or it can be two weeks. We will not force a retainer if a single pack will do.
On Home → What we do, the carousel is a campaign: live sites first (proof), then print (guest house, gym), then industries (who you are), then services (what to hire). Each slide has one title, one lede, one CTA. That is the pattern we sell. Your campaign can be smaller — three slides on a landing page — but the rule stays. If a slide cannot name the next tap, it should not ship.
Print pages are campaigns too: Banners is a wall of offers. Flyers is filterable so a meeting can show only gyms or only schools. Roll-ups is the hall. Web building is the product chooser. Portfolio is the case file. Guide is the long read. When you plan a campaign that converts, we will tell you which of those surfaces you need this month — not all of them every time.
WhatsApp copy is part of the campaign file. We send you the pre-filled text so every button, flyer and stand opens the same sentence. That is how you later know which offer people meant. Related reading: communication, SEO so the campaign page can keep working after the stand comes down.
When the stand comes down, keep the page. That is how a two-week campaign becomes a year-round URL. We will remind you. You decide.
WhatsApp: “I want to plan a campaign.” Name the offer and the date. Photos help. We come back with the page plus the print list — banner, flyer, roll-up — and a single headline. Related: communication, get a website, see campaigns we already made.
