🏥 Get a hospital website patients can use
Find the ward. Book the visit. The hall and the phone say the same thing.
// Proof in the slider
If you need to get a hospital website people can use, the problem is not a missing “About us”. It is a family in a corridor who cannot match the sign on the wall to a page on their phone. Wards hide. Visiting hours hide. The switchboard is busy. We build the path: find the ward, book the visit, tap WhatsApp.
The slider above is the product: the building, the hall, the flyer, the banner, the stand. Same names as the signs. Then hire us for a hospital website.
Hospitals collect content like they collect departments — everything on one homepage, none of it finishable. A tired person will not hunt a PDF named “organigramme_final2”. They need the ward name they were told, hours, and a tap that reaches someone who can speak.
If the site’s department list does not match the corridor signs, you create a second hospital in the visitor’s head. We copy the real names. French if the signs are French. We do not invent English marketing labels for a hall that says “Maternité”.
A number with no WhatsApp is a closed door after 17h. A WhatsApp with no pre-filled visit request is a blank chat. We write “I want to request a visit” so the first message is useful. That is user-friendly UX, not decoration.
Stock photos of smiling models, neon CTAs, countdown timers — wrong room. Hospital design is calm contrast, large type, no carnival. Minimalistic here means kind.
💬 Eight paragraphs on a stand in reception is a broken mobile menu. One title, one map-like list, one chat. See get a roll-up.
Department pages. Visiting rules. Location. WhatsApp. Optional: a simple request form if records matter — still fewer fields than a ministry PDF. Speed on 4G. Local SEO for the neighbourhood you actually serve, not “hospital worldwide”.
Flyer for the family: find the ward. Banner for the hall. Roll-up for reception. We already designed them from the hospital scene — you are not starting from a blank cassette. Order via Flyers, Banners, Roll-ups.
If you are a small cabinet, read get a clinic website — hours and book in one tap, less wayfinding. If you have wings and a hall, stay here. We will not sell you a mall directory because a template had one.
People open the site while they sit. Type must work in fluorescent light. Buttons must work with one thumb. That is the brief.
💬 A usable site plus optional print. Not a 200-page intranet. Discover, build, grow — same as home.
Send the list of wards as they are painted on the wall. Visiting hours. The WhatsApp that actually answers. A photo of reception if you have one — we also have a hall photograph in this slider you can treat as a placeholder. We will not invent a paediatric wing you do not run. That honesty is the UX.
Families share links. If the page is slow, they share a complaint instead. We compress images, keep scripts light, and design so the ward name is visible before every font has loaded. That is the same speed rule as web design, applied to a tired thumb in a corridor.
Print is not optional if people still arrive lost. A flyer in the taxi, a banner in the hall, a stand at reception — one map. If your hospital is a single block, skip the stand. If it is a campus, keep it. We will walk the difference on WhatsApp, not in a 40-page proposal. Related reading: clinics for smaller practices, communication for the visit-request sentence.
SEO here is local and humble: hospital + neighbourhood, laboratory, maternity — words on the signs. We do not chase “best hospital in Africa”. You cannot serve that query, and Google knows. Buy SEO when the pages exist and need to be found after the stand comes down.
WhatsApp: “I want a hospital website.” Send the ward list if you have it. We will tell you whether you need wayfinding, booking, or both. Related: clinics, hospital SEO, hire a web designer.
